The Life and Hope Association (LHA) welcome all friends and supporters., Thank you very much for your time spending to look at our website and share your hearts with us.

Life and Hope Association is a Cambodian non-profit, non-governmental, non-political organization. Monks of Wat Damnk and friends established it in 2005. With our vision to envisage Cambodia a peaceful and bonding society by equiping with equal rights and opportunity built on a basis of loving-kindness and compassion.

LHA has dedicated and committed to improve the lives of orphans, vulnerable children and disadvantaged peoples in order to give them HOPE in LIFE and the prospects of a better future.

I can inform you that we are very lucky to be reborn as human being and we don't have much opportunity to do something good for our society. I can also share something with you; after you have read this message, please concentrate deeply about your life and make a right decision, make sure you will not be regretful in the last minute of your life to gain goodness for yourself.

Three types of life:

  1. Useful Life: Living to make this world better; make it smile, happy, peace, hope and bright.
  2. Harmful Life: Living to destroy the world, too much negative and make it cry.
  3. Futile Life: Living to do nothing, neither destroy nor enhance the world, to live for dying only.

VISION

The life and Hope Association (LHA) envisages a Cambodia that is a peaceful and cohesive society, with equal rights and equal opportunities, built on a basic loving-kindness and compassion.

MISSION

We believe that 'illiteracy is the cause of all sufferings'. We desire to strengthen the quality of life, education and awaken all classes of people to have a real meaningful life.

GOAL

The goal is to improve the lives of ophans, vulnerable children, and disadvantaged peoples, in order to give them HOPE and LIFE and the prospect of a better future.

BACKGROUND

LHA is a non-profitable, non-governmental and non-political organization. It was established in 2005 by the monks in Watt Damnak and friends.
